No Nonsense
The Salem Elementary PTA is asking parents to make donations to the school in lieu of having our children sell items door-to-door (e.g. wrapping paper, candy, magazines, etc.). The “No Nonsense” fundraiser is our main source of income for the entire year. The money will be used for cultural arts, writers in residence, plays, etc. for the children.
To make a No Nonsense donation, simply complete the PTA “No Nonsense” form and send it to school with your donation in an envelope marked “PTA No Nonsense.” Checks should be made payable to “Salem Elementary PTA.”
Some companies match charitable donations. See Matching Donations for more information. If your employer does have a donation-matching program, complete the appropriate space on the PTA “No Nonsense” form. A copy of the completed donation form will be returned to you so that it can be submitted to your employer.
